Skate Features at Valmont

vote data

5311 Valmont Rd

Boulder, CO 80301

5am - 11pm

The skate features evolved through a conversation around the desire to honor the community's love of skateboarding and the addition of street style skateboarding while the city's only skatepark at Scott Carpenter Park may experience intermittent closures while the pool and surrounding areas are under construction.

The temporary skate features at the pavilion include parking blocks, concrete benches, concrete ledges, flat bar and fire hydrants.

Satellite Boardshop has partnered with the city to provide the skate features and maintenance of the features for the length of the pilot project.
