Skatepark Rules

1. Enter and skate at your own risk.
2. This park is a non-supervised facility.
3. The main purpose for the park is for skating.
4. Bicycles use without pegs is welcome Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:00 p.m. until dusk.
5. Helmets and protective equipment strongly recommenede at all times.
6. Makeshift items or modifications to existing skatepark structure without written approval from the Town is prohibited.
7. Skatepark is closed when skating surface is wet, icy or there is any accumulation of snow.
8. Keep your skatepark clean and safe. Please put trash in the receptacles. Sweep skate surface when needed.
9. Spectators are to stay outside of all skatepark structures and edges.
10. No alcohol, tobacco, drugs, profanity, graffiti, defacement, vandalism or excessive noise.
11. No pets, food or drink within the skatepark structures. Absolutely no glass containers.
12. Be considerate and courteous to other park patrons ad surrounding property and neighbors.
13. Competitive or demonstration events require a special permit from Cedaredge Town Hall.
14. The town reserves the right to revoke use of the skatepark privileges and change the rules at any time.
