Just reopened April 28, 2016 with repairs. It's in Crellin Park. Wedges, quarters, fun boxes, rail slides, etc.
Skatepark Rules
The Chatham Skatepark is open from 7:30 a.m. to sunset.
The park is closed during inclement weather and during unfavorable winter conditions.
Skaters are advised that wearing head protection, elbow and knee pads, along with other safety equipment may lessen the chance of sustaining serious injury.
Helmets are required, per NYS Vehicle and Traffic Law 1238 for all youth under age 14, who ride a bike, skateboard or scooter, therefore helmets are required by all youth under age 14 who skateboard at the Chatham Skatepark
The Skatepark was built for the enjoyment of and for use by skateboarders.
The Skatepark is to be used for its designed purpose ONLY. NO Bicycles, Unicyles or Scooters. NO Motorized Vehicles. NO Alcoholic Beverages. NO Smoking. NO Dogs or Animals. NO Littering. NO Loitering. NO Trespassing After Hours. NO Profanity. NO Loud Obtrusive or Vulgar Music.
Garbage receptacle containers are provided for the deposit of litter and garbage generated from the current use of this facility. It is not for litter or garbage brought in from elsewhere.
Chatham Skatepark must be used in accordance with all regulations as defined in the Municipal Code of the Town of Chatham along with any and all subsequent Local Laws and/or Amendments.
Violators will be subject to arrest and prosecution.
Use of The Chatham Skate Park is at own risk. The Town of Chatham assumes no responsibility.
