Skatepark Rules

1. The skatepark is UNSUPERVISED and participants skate at their own risk.
2. Skate Park is CLOSED during inclement weather and or when equipment is wet or damaged.
3. HELMETS REQUIRED at all times during skating activities.
4. It is strongly recommended that proper protective equipment such as elbow pads, knee pads and proper footwear be used during skating activities.

6. Please be courteous of other skaters. Riders must share the use of the skatepark and avoid conflicts.
7. No unauthorized alterations: do not use trashcans, tables or benches as obstacles.
8. Unruly conduct, profanity, defacing or vandalism of the skatepark could result in loss of skating privileges and/or closure of the facility.
9. Washington City reserves the right to close or restrict entry to the skate park or ask persons to leave the premises if any of the rules and regulations are not followed.

Prohibited in the Skatepark

1. Introduction of personally owned ramps, boxes or other features.
2. Motor-driven equipment.
3. Food, drinks and glass containers.
4. Pets in skate area.
5. Alcohol and tobacco products.
6. Bikes with metal pegs.
7. Graffiti, tagging or stickers.
8. Amplified sound, except by permit.
