Description:
Woodward Skatepark located at Colorado Mills in Lakewood, CO, celebrates its grand opening tomorrow June 23, 2006. All ramps are covered in Skatelite Pro riding surface for a smooth, fast, consistent ride. The park also boasts a huge retail proshop stocked with all the latest action sports equipment, clothing and accessories. This park, built by Woodward camp’s own Keystone Ramps, consists of many great features. You can find ramps of all sizes and skill levels at Colorado Mills, including a 13’ tall x 40’ wide competition vertical ramp, 7’-9’ bowl, 6’-7’ x 40’ wide halfpipe, 4’ spine halfpipe. If you’re looking for variety, there is an abundance of street terrain for all types of skaters from the tech street skater to the old school tranny shredder and everyone in between.
Street course features include everything from round and square rails of all sizes, two pyramids, a vertical wall, roll-in, funboxes, hips, ledges, two eurogaps, quarterpipes, and banks of varying sizes. All ramps are covered in Skatelite Pro riding surface for a smooth, fast, consistent ride.

$10 per session M-F
All skaters/riders must have a signed liability waiver on file with Woodward Skatepark. Participants under the age of 18 MUST have the participant's own parent or legal guardian sign the waiver in the presence of an Woodward Skatepark employee or notary public.

From I-70 toward Golden, take the Indiana St. exit NORTH to Colfax Ave. Colorado Mills Shopping Mall is on the South East corner. The skatepark is by the movie theatre and across The Street from Jillians.
