Description: 10,000 square feet. Concrete bowls and transitions. William McKinley Carson Skatepark sits adjacent to City Hall and features two bowls 4’ to 8.5’ high; a 4’ section equipped with a 2” steel rail and a 20’ long runway; 10’ long by 4’ high 4” mini ramp; 4’ vertical drop; baja ramp; 8.5’ high ramp spine with teardrop. While all skateboarders and skaters are invited to test their skills at Carson Skatepark, the bowl is designed for the intermediate level skater. Parking area is adjacent to the skatepark.
1. Use of this facility is at your own risk. Skate within your own abilities.
2. Proper safety equipment is required and must be worn at all times. Safety equipment includes helmet, elbow and knee pads, gloves and wrist supports. All participants are responsible for provising their own equipment and assuring it is in good working order.
3. Smoking, drugs, alcohol, profanity and boom boxes are not permitted within this facility.
4.Unruly conduct or vadalism of this facility will result in loss of skating privileges.
5. No bicycles of any kind are permitted in the skating facility.
6.Users 12 and under must be supervised by an adult.
7. The skating facility is reserved for users 12 and under: Wednesdays 4pm to 6pm
Saturdays 9am to 11am
8. The hours of operation of the skate facility are: 7am to 8pm
