The chief financial officer for a pro teen skateboarder’s business was arrested and charged Friday with embezzling more than $365,000, county prosecutors said. Matthew Mercuro, 36, of San Clemente is charged with two felony counts of grand theft with sentencing enhancements if convicted for excessive taking over $200,000 and $65,000, according to the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.
